2018-2019 Fundraising Goal
Raised So Far: $2,000 of $15,000
Fundraising Covers 80% of Our Competition budget.
Last year, MIT funded only 20% of our budget. Law firms covered another 25%, and personal donations covered 55%. Without donations, we will not be able to travel and compete. But with your help, we will send students to tournaments in Boston, New Jersey, New York, New Hampshire, and Connecticut this year.

We're Growing. But we need your help.
In 2015, we created MIT Mock Trial.
At the beginning, we had eight members. One team. We competed at Regionals and were eliminated.
Fast-forward to last year. We trained over 20 members. We fielded two separate teams and sent them to five tournaments in New York and Boston over the span of two semesters. And we placed 6th at Regionals, moving on to the National Qualifier.
This year, we've expanded our coaching staff. We're planning to compete with more young mockers than ever. And we're planning to attend at least five tournaments in the first semester of 2018, alone.
We're ready for the next level. But we can't bring MIT's mock trial organization to Nationals without outside support. Help us reach our $15,000 funding goal so that we can focus on studying how to be better trial advocates - and never whether we can afford it.
Words of Support
I never imagined the impact [donating in the past] might have . . . I hope this allows you to achieve your goals."
